These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ricozy Beauty, Inc. website and your booking or purchase of our services and products. By using our website, booking an appointment, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments may be booked through our website or directly with Ricozy Beauty. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you have not arrived within 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be canceled.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND NO-SHOWS

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows occurring less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Appointments can be managed by logging in at RicozyBeauty.com and visiting “My Bookings.” For last-minute assistance, contact us at 619-813-9612 or info@ricozybeauty.com.

PAYMENTS

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment may be required at the time of booking, before the appointment, or upon completion of the service. A valid credit card may be required to secure an appointment and enforce the cancellation and no-show policy.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must provide complete and accurate information regarding relevant health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy, previous reactions, and other information that may affect a service. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Ricozy Beauty may modify or decline a service when necessary for client safety.

SMS TERMS

By voluntarily providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from Ricozy Beauty as described at the time of consent. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, rescheduling notifications, customer-service communications, or promotional messages if you separately consent to receive them. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive promotional messages is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. AUTOMATED MESSAGE REPLIES

Some appointment notifications are sent from automated telephone numbers that are not monitored for general replies. To contact Ricozy Beauty, cancel, or reschedule an appointment, please use “My Bookings” at RicozyBeauty.com or contact 619-813-9612 directly.

WEBSITE USE

Website content, branding, photographs, graphics, and written materials belong to Ricozy Beauty or their respective owners and may not be copied or used without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ricozy Beauty is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the website, services, products, or third-party platforms.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website, booking, payment, email, and SMS services may be operated through third-party platforms, including Wix and Omnisend. Use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
