Cancellation Policy: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without a fee. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. To cancel or reschedule, please log in to your account at RicozyBeauty.com, go to My Bookings, and manage your appointment using the email address associated with your booking. We understand that unexpected situations can happen and appreciate your understanding and respect for the time reserved for your appointment. Product Refund Policy: Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date with proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging and sellable condition. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
